Qijing "Hulk" Wang is a filmmaker — director, cinematographer, and editor. A Boston University College of Communication graduate (B.S. Film & Television, GPA 3.79), trained under British cinematographer Tim Palmer — Director of Photography on Killing Eve, The Last Kingdom, and Doctor Who. With native-level English and a bicultural China–US creative background.

He is currently building AI-native creative production systems — from automated transcription and scene analysis to rough-cut generation and color-assisted workflows — bridging the gap between creative vision and production reality.
02 / THE WORK
He works across the full pipeline: concept development, storyboarding, directing, lighting, cinematography, editing, color grading, and sound design. He was among the first to integrate AIGC tools into production workflows, merging traditional filmmaking with AI-driven creation. His work spans narrative shorts, music videos, documentaries, and commercial films: the official Rap of China 2025 East Coast Cypher (1M+ views on Douyin); music videos for Jonny & JC and A1POISON; the New York interview series tTt Music Talk as executive director — featuring Juilliard's former piano chair Jerome Lowenthal and Grammy winner Ted Nash; and the human-rights documentary Fight For Their Freedom (HRNK refugee story) as director and DP. He co-founded AdReel Media Group in Boston, leading B2B brand films and commercial projects, and has created branded content for Instagram creator Oliver Xu (ANTA) and the nonprofit Envisioning Access. His content has driven million-level traffic growth for clients.
